Meet Mr Wheeler and Mr Fletcher

Welcome to Team Ridley with Mr Wheeler and Mr Fletcher.

We very much look forward to lots of fun adventures during your time in Year 2! We have lots of thrilling topics to learn over the year, some of which include: The Great Fire of London, Habitats and living things, where we get the opportunity to visit the incredible Wildwood and we will also study the life of pirates, where we will get the chance to try some yummy (disgusting) pirate food!

Mr Wheeler loves PSHE, so we will be taking part in lots of engaging class discussions, with particular focus on improving mental health.

Mr Wheeler top facts:

I love dogs (especially fluffy ones!)

My favourite food is Chinese takeaway.

I have no pets, but I sometimes look after my mums fluffy dogs.

I really enjoy going on walks in the countryside and down by the river with my baby son and wife.

Mr Fletcher top facts:

I love Art and Design (especially Graphic Design)

My favourite colour is blue.

I really enjoy going to the beach and watching the sunset.
